Through an annual contribution, you enable one or more families to be enrolled on the Ambulex emergency response platform. When an emergency occurs, the family calls our emergency centre and receives ambulance dispatch, referral coordination and healthcare navigation.

You choose any Ambulex cover package, starting from the Lite package at KES 200 per family per year, and the number of families you want to sponsor. Your total is the package price multiplied by the number of families.

Families are identified through community processes working with county governments, community health promoters, chiefs, healthcare facilities and local leaders. Priority goes to households facing the greatest barriers to emergency care.

Enrolled families get emergency ambulance dispatch, referral coordination, emergency transport support, medical advice through designated channels, navigation within the health system and linkage to relevant service providers, for one full year.

Corporate and large sponsors may indicate a preferred county or community. Individual sponsors contribute to a pooled fund that Ambulex directs to the highest-need areas. Contact us if you have a specific preference.

All enrolled families are registered in the Ambulex system and every emergency response is documented. Sponsors receive reports on families enrolled, emergencies supported and outcomes.

Yes. You can pledge now and complete payment within 30, 60 or 90 days. Partial payments are also accepted. Choose "Pledge" or "Partial payment" in the adoption form.

M-Pesa (STK push or PayBill using your reference number), PayPal, or bank transfer. For bank transfers we email you an invoice with our account details.

Yes. When booking, choose "Pay at the event" to reserve now and pay via M-Pesa on arrival, or "Bank at the event" to transfer before the day and bring proof of payment.
